Floral Center Pieces

When having a party through a catering hall, the place settings and table set ups are decided by the staff; the table centerpiece, however is up to the planners. My mom and aunt did a fantastic job setting up colorful flowers in stained-glass vases and grabbing store bought balloons in the color of the wedding theme. My job was to cut the stems of the flowers to an equal length and tie ribbons around the vases. It was important to create a focal point for each table but not too prominent that it would make it difficult for guests to speak to each other.
