A Quick Update...

Hello Darlings,

I'm all settled into school and just wanted to give a quick update on life. Classes have already started, work is in full swing, and I'm even starting to look for a second job to help fund my study abroad program tat I want to do in the spring semester. All of this on top of my Ballroom duties and trying to maintain a personal and social life with all of my friends. It's going to be a crazy and exciting semester. Four of my classes are for my English degree; I'm studying in a Children's Literature class that is growing to be one of my favorite classes thus far in school, an Alternative Fiction class, a Victorian Literature class that goes towards my British Literature II credit, and a class titled Love and Death in Modern Literature. The reading selection for all of these classes are really interesting and I look forward to immersing myself into all of the novels. On top of my fully loaded English classes, I am also taking a Wellness class that focuses on cardio and strength exercises and learning how to balance a healthy lifestyle. All five of my school days begin at 8:30 in the morning so my days are going to be filled with running around campus...but I wouldn't have it any other way!

I love being kept busy; despite the stress and teeny tiny panic attacks that I get when I feel like I'm forgetting something, I like having places to go and people to see throughout my day. I get bored very easily and I feel that there is so much to do that I want to experience it all while I still can. I'm very lucky to have a strong support system with friends that mind my crazy antics and family that listens to me rant and rave...so I'd like to say a huge THANK YOU! Without their constant support and love I would be hiding in the corner of my room pulling my hair out.

On that note, I do intend to update with more outfit posts as I am trying something new with my clothes this year. There are always items in a closet that are neglected and no matter how many clothes are found in a closet, the same ones are aways being worn. Well, it is my mission this semester to pick ONE item out of my closet/drawers that I would normally look over and make it work. I am also going to try new various hairstyles as I am completely bored with the style that I currently have.  I also want to research and report new products that I would buy and try out. This might not be a daily occurrence a I am trying to limit my spending habits in lieu of study abroad but whenever I get a new product I fully intend on testing it out and reporting my opinion on it.

Lastly, I would like to say a big THANK YOU to all of the readers. Your sweet comments and the fact that you take the time to read my thoughts and opinions mean the world to me. While I ultimately keep up this blog for myself and because I find blogging a ton of fun, it is nice to meet so many genuinely nice people from all over the world and to be able to read their posts and see their outfits. So thank you, thank you, thank you!

Kisses!

Wow busy busy!! But it sounds like it is all fun stuff!! those classes sound amazing. I always hated English classes though since I hate essays, but I did take British Lit and enjoyed it (except when I had to write) XD

Sounds like you'll be quite busy! Those classes sound awesome... I'd like to take classes like that. Wish my little college had more offerings =( I'm an English major, too, and we don't have quite so many course offerings. I will be taking the equivalent of Victorian Literature, eventually.
